A Spread of Southern Delights

We've gathered a list of some of our favorite party food ideas and recipes for gatherings of all sizes. From savory to sweet, there's a little something for everyone:

  • Peach BBQ pulled pork: This recipe calls for a 10-pound pork shoulder, seasoned with a pork rub and slow-cooked on a grill with hickory or pecan wood for a smoky flavor. The pork is cooked until it's fall-apart tender, then shredded and mixed with Dickey Farms Peachy BBQ Sauce.
  • Hot pepper peach bourbon chicken sliders: These sliders are made with shredded chicken and a creamy, spicy mixture of cream cheese, diced jalapenos, pepper jack cheese and crumbled bacon.
  • Blueberry bourbon pecan goat cheese log: A simple yet elegant appetizer. A log of goat cheese is coated with Terrapin Ridge Farms Blueberry Bourbon Pecan Jam and then rolled in crushed Dickey Farms Pecans. It's chilled and then served with crackers.
  • Mini buffalo chicken pies: These pies are made in a muffin tin. The filling is a mixture of shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, ranch or blue cheese dressing and Lane's One Legged Chicken Buffalo Sauce. After baking, the pies are topped with blue cheese crumbles, green onions, cilantro and a drizzle of more buffalo sauce.
  • Crispy cheesy dill pickle chips: These are made by placing a layer of shredded cheese in a muffin tin, topping it with a few Dickey Farms Dill Pickle Chips, sprinkling with blackening seasoning and then adding another layer of cheese. They are baked until the cheese is melted and browned.
  • Raspberry peach chipotle wings: Chicken wings are tossed in a mixture of baking powder and salt to ensure they get crispy in the oven. After baking, the wings are tossed in Terrapin Ridge Farms Raspberry Peach Chipotle Sauce for a sweet and spicy coating.
  • Buffalo chicken loaded tater tots: This recipe starts with a base of frozen tater tots cooked in a cast-iron skillet on a smoker. The tots are then topped with shredded chicken, chopped bacon and cheddar cheese.
  • Air-fried bloomin' onion: A medium yellow onion is cut into a flower shape, then coated in an egg wash and a seasoned mixture containing flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, chili powder and black pepper. The onion is then air-fried until golden brown and served with a dip.
  • Hatch chile stuffed bleu cheese burgers: These burgers are made by mixing lean ground beef with crumbled bleu cheese, salt and pepper, and then forming the mixture into patties before broiling them to the desired doneness.
