Hot Pepper Peach Bourbon Chicken Sliders
INGREDIENTS:
16 slider rolls
2 1/2 heaping cups shredded, cooked chicken
1/3 cup Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Pepper Peach Bourbon Sauce
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 small jalapeno, diced finely
3/4 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
4 pieces of bacon, cooked and crumbled
5 tbsp butter, melted
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, combine shredded, cooked chicken, 1/3 cup Hot Pepper Peach Bourbon Sauce, softened cream cheese, diced jalapeno, shredded pepper jack cheese and cooked, crumbled bacon.
Split slider rolls in half horizontally.
Spread the filling evenly over, then drizzle the filling mixture with additional Hot Pepper Peach Bourbon Sauce.
Replace the roll tops.
Spread half of the melted butter in the bottom of a 9x13" pan. Place filled rolls over the melted butter so they're touching.
Pour the remaining half of the melted butter over the top of the rolls.
Cover the pan with foil and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes. Serve warm.
