Shipping policy

General Product Shipping:

We want to make sure your order gets to you quickly and in perfect condition!

·         Shipping Costs: Calculated right at checkout, so you’ll always know before you buy.

·         Processing Time: Orders leave our farm within 2 business days of being placed unless the customer indicated future shipping days.

·         Delivery Time: Most packages arrive 2-4 days after shipping. Your order will be on your doorstep before you know it!

·         Sending a gift? Don’t forget to write a personalized gift message to ship with your order at no cost!

·         Shipping Options:

o   UPS Ground: Arrives in about 2-4 business days

o   UPS 2-Day Air: Refers to the days in transit and should arrive within 2 business days.

o   USPS Priority Mail: Arrives within 2-4 business days (Priority shipping is not 2 day shipping.)

·         Where to Find Your Tracking Number: You will receive a separate email with tracking information once your order(s) ship.

Peach and Satsuma Shipping:

We take extra care to make sure your peaches and satsumas arrive fresh and full of flavor!

·         Shipping Included: The price includes shipping.

·         When We Ship: The fruit gift boxes are shipped Monday-Wednesday during your selected week to make sure they arrive fresh at your door!

·         Addresses: Fresh peaches are only shipped by UPS. Please make sure you enter a street address at checkout. Satsumas can be shipped by UPS (street address) or USPS (PO Box or street address).

·         Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii: If you’re interested in shipping peaches to Alaska and Hawaii, please give us a call at 800-732-2442 to discuss shipping options.

·         California – Unfortunately their state agriculture regulations prevent us from shipping to California.

·         Multiple Addresses: Sending gifts to your loved ones? Our checkout process only allows you to ship to one address at a time, so each recipient will have an individual order number. We can make it easy for you. Please call us and we will be happy to enter multiple addresses for you! Don’t forget to write a personalized gift message to ship with your order at no cost!

·         To ensure peak quality, peaches and satsumas may ship separate from the rest of your order.

·         Where to Find Your Tracking Number: You will receive a separate email with tracking information once your order(s) ship.
