INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup Terrapin Ridge Farm Tomato Bacon Ranch Dressing
1 bag cleaned baby spinach
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped and chilled
3 tbsp bacon crumbles
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
INSTRUCTIONS:
Toss baby spinach, bacon crumbles, and walnuts with the Tomato Bacon Ranch Dressing.
Top with chopped egg.
