INGREDIENTS:
2 Pillsbury tubes crescent rolls
12oz Brie cheese
1 Cup Cranberry Relish with Grand Marnier
2 Tbsp Honey
Applewood Rub
Terrapin Ridge Farms Tart Cherry, Apple and Rosemary Glaze
3/4 cup pecans, roughly chopped for topping
6 sprigs rosemary
INSTRUCTIONS:
On a parchment lined baking tray, fan out the crescent rolls with the pointy edges facing away from the center.
Season with applewood rub, spread chopped rosemary and Cranberry Relish with Grand Marnier evenly.
Top with Brie cubes and the Tart Cherry, Apple and Rosemary Glaze
Fold the pointed ends over the filling to form a wreath shape and brush the outside with egg wash.
Place the wreath in the grill (indirect) or over at 350°F for 15-20 minutes until golden and the brie is slightly bubbling out of the wreath. Top with pecans if using.
Place crackers, raspberries, or fruit of your choice in the center and rosemary sprigs around it.
