INGREDIENTS:
8oz bag kettle chips
4oz gorgonzola or Dutch blue cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup terrapin Ridge Farms Balsamic Onion Jam
Minced chives, for garnish
Freshy cracked black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 450° F and line a rimmed quarter sheet pan with parchment paper. Or, you can also use 9x13 inch baking pan.
Spread half of the potato chips in an even layer.
Crumble half of the blue cheese over the chips and then dollop half of the jam over the chips. Repeat this layering process one more time with the remaining chips, blue cheese, and jam.
Bake for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted and chips are toasty and browned in spots. Garnish with fresh chives and cracked black pepper.
