Chili Lime Grilled Mexican Street Corn
Chili Lime Seasoning
Half a lime
Lane's Sorta White BBQ Sauce
Heat grill to 350-400°F
Remove husk and break corn in half. Season with chili lime seasoning.
Place corn on the grill, rotating occasionally. Remove when the corn starts to char.
Brush thin layer of mayonnaise all over, sprinkle with parmesan, and season with chili lime seasoning. Add cilantro and squeeze lime over the top.
Drizzle with Sorta White Sauce.
