INGREDIENTS:
1 lb fresh salmon
1/2 cup Hot Peach Sauce
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 tsp seasoned salt
8 leaves butter lettuce
4 oz blue cheese, crumbled
1 avocado, sliced
6 slider sized buns
Lane's One Legged Chicken Buffalo Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high.
In a small bowl, whisk the Hot Peach Sauce, butter, and seasoned salt together.
Cut the salmon into square pieces that fit the size of your buns, then generously brush with the buffalo sauce. Grill, brushing occasionally with the sauce, until marked and just cooked through (about 3 minutes per side).
Toast the buns and place a leaf or 2 of lettuce down, then a piece of salmon. Top with blue cheese crumbles and 2 slices of avocado. Drizzle on some extra buffalo sauce.
