15oz sliced peaches, chopped

8oz crushed pineapple 

3.4oz instant vanilla pudding mix

8oz whipped topping

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup sweetened shredded coconut

1 cup chopped pecans 

1/2 cup sour cream 

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS:

Open the can of peaches, drain, and chop to bite-sized pieces. 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix with the whipped topping. Stir until well blended and smooth. 

Gently fold the sour cream into the mixture until evenly distributed. 

Fold in the chopped peaches, crushed pineapple (drained), mini marshmallows, sweetened shredded coconut, and chopped pecans. Mix until well-combined. 

Stir in the vanilla extract for added flavor. 

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the salad for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
