INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375°F or cook on grill.
Coat the pork in olive oil and your favorite coffee rub. Cook in the oven or on a grill until internal temperature is 140°F. Heat up a few tablespoons of the Cranberry Relish with Grand Marnier in the microwave of on the stovetop. Just until it becomes a little runnier. Spoon Cranberry Relish onto serving dish and then place the pork loin on top.
