I prepared the package i purchased a couple months ago, and they got over done, but the taste was still yummy. I baked in a convection oven. I purchased 2 more kits, but will revise the baking time.

I will give the muffin mix a 5 for flavor, but the mix is not enough for 6 muffins unless they are mini muffins, but they turn out dry even when following the directions. My suggestion is use apple sauce or more moisture to increase the volume and moisture!
