INGREDIENTS:

1 lbs store bought pizza dough

2 cups strawberries, sliced

1 garlic clove, thinly sliced

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

3 TBSP olive oil

Fresh rosemary, chopped

2 TBSP honey

INSTRUCTIONS:

Spread the pizza dough into an oiled baking pan, making sure the dough gets some of the oil. Cover with a towel and allow the dough to sit at room temperature for 3 hours. Afterwards, use your fingers to poke divots all over the dough. Allow the dough to sit for 2 more hours. Preheat the oven to 450 °F. Stretch the dough one more time. Spread the strawberries, garlic, and rosemary all over the top of the focaccia. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle on more olive oil. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Drizzle with honey while still warm.

Serve and enjoy!
