*Recipe from Louisiana Cookin'

 

INGREDIENTS:

1 tbsp firmly packed light brown sugar

2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

1/2 Satsuma

1 oz bourbon

1/4 cup club soda

Garnish: Satsuma wedge

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a rocks glass, place brown sugar and sprinkle with bitters.

Squeeze Satsuma juice over brown sugar, and stir to dissolve. 

Add bourbon, stirring to combine. Add ice, and top with club soda.

Garnish with Satsuma wedge, if desired.
