Cook Time: 45 minutes
Ingredients
-
2½ lbs chicken wings (drumettes and flats)
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp smoked paprika
-
½ tsp salt
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
½ cup Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Pepper Peach Bourbon Sauce
-
Optional garnish: chopped green onions or fresh Dickey Farms peach slices
Directions
-
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
-
Pat the wings dry with paper towels. Toss them in a large bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
-
Arrange wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until skin is crispy and golden.
-
Remove wings from the oven. In a large bowl, toss hot wings with Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Pepper Peach Bourbon Sauce until fully coated.
-
Return glazed wings to the rack and broil on high for 2–3 minutes, watching closely, to caramelize the sauce.
-
Plate and garnish with green onions or peach slices for a gourmet presentation.
Recipe Note
Serve with ranch or blue cheese dip and a side of celery to cool the heat and balance the bold flavor.
