INGREDIENTS:

1 can corn, drained

1 can creamed corn

1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix, unprepared

1 jar Terrapin Ridge Farms Hatch Chile Cream Cheese Dip

1/2 cup sour cream

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x9 square baking dish.

In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together and bake for 50-60 minutes or until souffle is golden brown. 

Cut into squares and enjoy!
