Pecan Mustard Glazed Acorn Squash
1 tbsp Terrapin Ridge Farms Pecan Honey Mustard
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp Dickey Farms Maple Praline Syrup
1 Acorn Squash
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Mix equal parts Pecan Honey Mustard, butter, and Maple Praline Syrup.
Split squash and remove the seeds. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook at 400°F, face down on a sheet pan for 40 minutes. Turn the squash over.
Place half of each mustard mixture in each cavity. Return to oven and roast for an additional 5-10 minutes, until brown.
