Grilled Honey Mustard Chicken with Georgia Pecans
3/4 cup chopped Dickey Farms pecans (chopped small)
5 1/2 tbsp Terrapin Ridge Farms Peach Honey Mustard
4 each Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 5 oz each)
In a small bowl, combine pecans and Peach Honey Mustard. Place chicken and pecan mixture in a resealable plastic bag and shake gently to coat chicken.
Preheat oven to 325°F. Transfer chicken to small baking dish and partially bake 15 minutes. Save pan juices from chicken.
Prepare hot charcoal or preheat gas grill. Finish cooking chicken on grill.
Plate chicken breasts and pour pan juices over chicken.
