Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare your Brie by cutting a crosshatch pattern into the top of the brie, allowing the knife to go about ¼-inch deep. Make sure to leave the outer edge intact to help the cheese keep its composure.

  2. Grill the brie over indirect heat for about 15-20 minutes. If the brie is bulging at the sides and soft to the touch on top, it’s ready. If it’s not soft and bulging, grill/bake for another 5-7 mins.

  3. While hot, drizzle the brie with Hot Pepper Bacon Jam.

  4. Serve on the pan with bread or crackers and knives for scooping and spreading. Enjoy!
