INGREDIENTS:

For Chicken Marinade:

1/4 cup Georgia Olive Oil

2 tbsp fresh lime juice

1 tsp kosher salt

1/2 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp black pepper

Dickey Farms Peach Salsa

For serving, optional:

Fresh lime wedges

Fresh cilantro

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Whisk together marinade ingredients in a large bowl. Add chicken and toss to combine evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours.

Preheat a greased indoor or outdoor grill to medium-high. Arrange chicken pieces on hot grill, then discard marinade.

Grill for 6-10 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Serve with lime wedges and cilantro, if desired.

Spoon Peach Salsa over grilled chicken or serve on the side.
