INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, divided
32 oz Dickey Farms Peach Preserves
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tsp cinnamon
1 Box yellow cake mix
Vanilla ice cream
INSTRUCTIONS:
Grease a 9x13 baking dish and preheat oven to 350°F
Melt the brown sugar and 1/2 stick of butter into a saucepan over medium-low heat
After the mixture resembles a caramel sauce, stir in the peach preserves and cinnamon. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat.
Pour the mixture into the bottom of the baking dish.
Add the yellow cake mix on top of the preserves mixture layer (do not stir!)
Cut remaining stick of butter into thin slices and cover cake mix layer with pats of butter.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
