INGREDIENTS:

6-7 cups fresh fruit
1/2 cup Swerve brown sugar (for peaches) or white Monk Fruit/Erythritol
1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Keto flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon of salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix together until incorporated and put in a 9x13 pan
Bake at 350 for 10 mins to soften peaches before adding topping

For topping:
Keto Biscuit Baking Mix Classic Butter
Make as directed on package but add 1/4 cup white Monk Fruit/Erythritol sweetener to batter
Place topping by spoonfuls on top of warm peaches and sprinkle with a little more Monk Fruit blend
Bake at 350 for 40-45 mins or until topping is golden brown
