1/3 cup any Dickey Farms honey, warmed
1 cup Dickey Farms pecans
1 tablespoon sugar
Preheat oven to 350°F
Stir together honey and pecans, tossing to coat well. Spread pecans in 1 layer in a shallow baking pan and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes, stir, then bake 5 more minutes.
Transfer while still warm to a sheet of parchment paper or foil, separate pecans with a fork. Cool completely (about an hour) and remove nuts from parchment, breaking up any large pieces.
*Pecans keep, layered between parchment paper or wax paper in an airtight container, at room temperature for 3 days.
