Grilled Pork Chops with Peach BBQ Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

Dickey Farms Peachy BBQ Sauce

3 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp salt

4 bone-in center-cut pork chops (at least 1 inch thick)

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper and rub both sides of the pork chops with the mixture. Let sit for 30 minutes or up to 2 hours refrigerated.

Pre-heat the grill for about 10 minutes. Grill the pork chops on one side for 7 minutes. Turn the chops over and brush the Peachy BBQ Sauce on the grilled surface of the chops. Grill for another 7 minutes, and turn the pork chops over to brush with more Peachy BBQ Sauce on the second grilled side. Continue to grill the chops for a few more minutes on each side (instant read on thermometer inserted in center of chops should register 150°F).

Remove the pork chops from the grill and loosely cover with foil.

Serve the pork chops with the Peachy BBQ Sauce to brush on at the table.
