INGREDIENTS:

1 stick unsalted butter, room temp

1/3 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/8 tsp kosher salt

1 cup all-purpose flour

3/4 cup Dickey Farms pecans, chopped

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat the oven to 350°F

Beat the butter with an electric mixer for 1 minute. Add sugar and beat until light (1 more minute). Add the vanilla, salt, and flour, just until the dough comes together. Fold in pecans.

Separate dough into 12 pieces (walnut-sized balls). Place 3" apart on baking sheet.

Using the bottom of a glass, gently flatten each cookie (reshape if necessary).

Bake 15 minutes, rotating the sheet halfway through. 

Remove cookies and cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
