INGREDIENTS:

4 egglife sweet cinnamon egg white wraps

3 tbsp chocolate-hazelnut spread

1 cup Dickey Farms strawberries, sliced

1/3 cup chunky peanut butter

1 large banana, peeled and thinly sliced

Powdered sugar, for dusting

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Arrange 1 egg white wrap on a work surface. Cut vertically halfway through the center of the wrap.

Working in quadrants, spread 2 1/4 tsp of chocolate-hazelnut spread on the bottom left quadrant. Arrange 1/4 cup of the strawberry slices on the upper left quadrant. Spread 4 tsp of peanut butter on the upper right quadrant. Arrange 1/4 of the banana slices in a single layer on the bottom right quadrant.

Fold the quadrant with the chocolate-hazelnut spread over the strawberries, then over the peanut butter, then over the bananas. Repeat with remaining wraps.

Plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve.
