Bacon-wrapped Pineapple Habanero Shrimp
Desired amount of precooked shrimp
1 slice of bacon per every 2 shrimp
Butter/oil for cooking
Heat up your grill and add a sear plate if you have one, or cook on a stovetop.
Slice each bacon piece in half, longways.
Prepare the shrimp by tossing them in a bowl of Dickey Farms Roasted Pineapple Habanero Sauce.
Take the thinner slice of bacon and wrap it around the shrimp, repeat for all the shrimp. Place the bacon wrapped shrimp on the grill. Cook for about 2 minutes then flip.
Brush the cooked side with more Pineapple Habanero Sauce and cook for another minute.
Serve with a bowl of Roasted Pineapple Habanero Sauce for dipping.
