Hot Pepper Bacon Jam Avocado Toast

INGREDIENTS:

4 thick slices of toast

2 avocados

Salt & Pepper

1 tbsp Terrapin Ridge Farm Hot Pepper Bacon Jam per piece of toast

4 fried eggs

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mash up the avocados and add in salt and pepper to taste. 

Toast the bread and butter it.

Add the mashed avocado, and spread 1 tbsp Hot Pepper Bacon Jam on each slice.

Top with a fried egg.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
