INGREDIENTS:

4 ripe Dickey Farms peaches, halved and pitted

8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1 pinch salt and pepper

2 cups peach preserves

3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp finely chopped garlic

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate. Season chicken breast halves with salt and pepper.

Stir peach preserves, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, and mustard in a bowl; season with salt and pepper. Reserve ½ cup peach sauce.

Place chicken and grill and cook until golden brown, 6-7 minutes, then flip. Continue cooking for 5-6 minutes. Brush both sides of chicken with peach sauce. Cook for 4-5 more minutes.

Arrange peach halves cut side down on the grill. Grill for 2 minutes, flip and brush with reserved ½ cup peach sauce.

Continue to grill for 3-4 more minutes. Enjoy!
