Fifth Generation Returns to the Farm
Dickey Farms is delighted to announce Robert Lee Dickey IV, or “Lee Dickey” has joined our team at the farm as our fifth generation farmer.
Lee attended Georgia State University where he obtained a Bachelors of Business Administration with honors in Accounting. Lee began his career in the Atlanta office of PricewaterhouseCoopers working in the Assurance and Transaction Advisory practices. He then went on to work for investment bank SunTrust Robinson Humphrey as an Associate and eventually worked at private equity group Caymus Equity Partners where he served as Vice President.
Lee is thrilled to be back working in the family business where his heart truly is. His parent’s passion and love for agriculture lead him back to the farm where he hopes to use his experience to add value to the business. He is joined by his wife, Stacy, who will also be working in the corporate office.
Watch the short video story below by The Georgia Farm Monitor to learn more about Lee’s true love for his hometown, farming and continuing on a legacy of the highest care and tradition in growing Georgia’s sweetest peaches.
