Sorta White Sauce

Lane's "Sorta White" sauce pays homage to an Alabama White BBQ sauce. The mayo in this sauce gives it a silky texture, then comes a great pop in flavor from the horseradish and apple cider vinegar. To add a finishing touch, there is a little kick from the blend of chili peppers. This sauce is great for beef or chicken, but can also be used as a dressing or a dipping sauce.
